POST:                        Business Manager - Remote

HOURS:                    25 hours per week – 5 hours each day (0.64 FTE) but flexible when undertaken during the day

SALARY:                   £30,000 to £35,000 pro rata depending on experience

We are looking for someone with strong professional and organisational skills, who is enthusiastic and creative to join our growing and busy independent psychology team which was established in 2009.  We largely work along the M4 and M5 corridors, predominantly in the Gloucestershire and Bristol areas and also throughout South Wales. We are looking for a Business Manager on 0.64 FTE, working remotely from home.  The start and finish times each day are flexible and can be worked around other commitments.

We specialise in supporting individuals with complex needs who struggle in mainstream society due to their behaviour. We work with working age adults and children and young people, with and without an intellectual disability. Many of those who we support are on the edge of, or within, the care system and may also have criminal justice system involvement. We have ongoing contracts with Local Authorities and independent care providers, for individual work, training and consultancy as well as doing one off pieces of work for organisations.

We welcome applications from highly organised individuals who have experience in a similar Business Manager/Office Manager role, with varied responsibilities which encompass operational, administration, HR and financial functions. You will be experienced in providing a high level professional service in a pressurised environment where you have to have a key eye for detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to determine priorities for the service.
