Children & Adolescents

We support children and adolescents with challenging behaviours, developmental traumas, emotional difficulties, forensic needs, neurodiversity and a history of abuse.  We work with young people and their families, residential and foster placements to help the individual and the system understand and put into context the presenting behaviours.  We provide individualised intervention plans including reactive strategies and safety plans. Where necessary we can identify and develop risk management strategies.  

We work from a child-centred ethos collaboratively with the young persons family, networks, staff teams and Multi Disciplinary Teams, to achieve positive outcomes.   We offer short and long term direct individual work, therapeutic group work, and family interventions with a strong trauma focus. 

Alongside this we can offer bespoke training and reflective practice packages to offer carers support.
