Sam Summerton

Business Manager

Sam has a Professional Certificate in Management and Diploma in Statistics, along with qualifications in Business and Human Resources via the CIPD. She has extensive knowledge and experience in a variety of business functions including dealing with various aspects of quality assurance, human resources, contract compliance, strategic planning and is qualified to undertake Psychological Occupational Testing.

She has worked with a range of organisations, including education and care, and most recently in a Secure Children’s Home.

Sam has worked for DGF Psychology for 8 years and is responsible for the HR function within the company, including recruitment and onboarding, deals with the financial aspects of the organisation, undertakes the contractual and new business bidding opportunties, oversees the management of various Local Authority partnership projects and deals with the day-to-day administration for the business.
